We will practice at least one yoga pose for each chakra. This class will be slower and easier yoga focusing on the basics with lots of individualized instruction and support.

Nudity encouraged as part of our body positive philosophy, but sexy underwear, briefs or jockstraps will be allowed. The instructor will always be nude during class.

What to bring: You should bring a towel & your own yoga mat. Light foam yoga mats are available in the studio if needed. Towels can be rented for an extra $2. Please arrive freshly showered.
