We usually have around 5 students. You’ll be happy you joined. Class will be nude (jocks or briefs ok until you are ready to free yourself). Yoga mats available to use at no extra charge. You MUST arrive 5 - 15 minutes before class start time..

Recommended: spread the word, bring your own mat, towel, water; come fresh and clean and avoid strong fragrances; do not come intoxicated; do not come unless you are symptom-free of any potentially communicable infections. Get vaccinated; get tested regularly. Hand sanitizer available throughout.

Enjoy a fun, judgement-free, body-positive experience. Sexual arousal may occur; it is natural and will not be shamed. Respect everyone's boundaries and honor your own boundaries.
